I will explain 10 steps to restart your brain just follow along.
Step 1 :- cold water showers
Everyday try to have cold water showers and make sure water falls on back of your neck,top of your head and wash your reproductive organs (testis,pull back fore skin back) with cold water this procedure will kill stress, restart your brain,raises your dopamine,decreases depression and increases testosterone.
Step 2 :- sleep cold at night
Make sure duvet and blankets what you use are super thin let the male reproductive organs testis be cold this way it generates extra testosterone , sleeping super warm is bad for reproductive health in men.
Step 3 :- Power poses
Look at your self in mirror with above power poses for just 3 minutes , these power poses will kill stress and helps gain confidence.
Step 4 :- Chin-Ups & Pull-Ups
Three chin-ups or pull-ups will kill stress, increases confidence, pumps blood in to your brain,relaxes your neck and back stress nerves,increases endorphins and clams your mental nerves, just three chin-ups a day will save you tons of money on mental health bills.
Step 5 :- Walking
Walking three miles a day with music on really helps with everyday stress.

Try convert screens to black and white which will reduce some strain on eye.
Read books or programming books and news papers instead.

Step 9 :- cold water eye wash
Wash eyes with cold water this will reduce some strain on the eye nerves also helps eye nerves to recover faster.
Step 10 :- eat dinner before 1500
Follow the sun eat well before 1500 local time or well before sun set and try not to eat anything after that this really helps with digestion and helps with better sleep as your gut is kinda empty.
